Yes, if you are currently living in the home, we do require you to be present during the service. This allows us to walk through the space with you, understand your lifestyle needs, and determine the best cleaning techniques and treatment plan for your home.

If the home is vacant due to a move-in or move-out, we can accommodate a virtual walkthrough via FaceTime to review the areas, expectations, and pricing. In these cases, payment will be due immediately before service.

We do not move furniture as part of our service. Our team can clean around items, but if you’d like furniture moved, please have it relocated before your appointment. To ensure the best results, we also ask that all electrical cords are secured, and each area is vacuumed prior to service.

Yes, we do require access to both power and water. Our truck-mounted carpet cleaning system needs to be connected to your outside water spigot during service. If you do not have power or water available, please let us know right away before your appointment, as we may not be able to complete the service without it.

Yes, we do. Our team operates with a truck and extended trailer, housing one of the most powerful truck-mounted cleaning systems in the area. To deliver the best results, we prefer parking in your driveway. The farther we have to run hoses, the more suction is reduced, so driveway access ensures maximum cleaning power. Please have your driveway clear before your appointment.

For apartment complexes or areas without driveway access, we ask that you secure at least 5 consecutive parking spaces. If parking is not available, we may need to use a portable carpet cleaner to complete your service. Please let us know immediately when booking if you live in an apartment so we can properly accommodate your situation."
